2) Things to prepare for the yoga class
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothes
- Yoga mat (can use a beach towel as an alternative)
- Barefoot is recommended (it's nice to be to have your toes spread out!)
- Do not wear socks because the socks tend to make you slip
- A sturdy chair (helpful for some postures)
Reply to this email or fill out this questionaire if you have any question for the SOSC athletes. It's a good way to get to know more about our sweet and hard-working SOSC people (They LOVE answer questions). All questions will be answered in the Q&A section after yoga class.

C4C Special Olympics will be hosting our first virtual yoga class. We’ll move our bodies, breathe together, and have a chance to interact with Special Olympics SoCal’s athletes! All levels are welcome in this beginner-friendly class.
- When: 7- 8:15pm PDT on Wednesday, 9/23 (1 hour of yoga with 15 mins to chat with the athletes)
- Instructor: Emily Hite, FTMBA 2021, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and a certified SmartFLOW® yoga instructor.
