Part of the 2nd Annual Anderson Runs LA Pre-Race Series.

In this session, Matt will provide advice for endurance training based on his experience. We will collect questions before the session so that he can answer as many as possible.

Matt Fitzgerald is an acclaimed endurance sports coach, nutritionist, and author. His many books include How Bad Do You Want It? and Life Is a Marathon: A Memoir of Love and Endurance. He is a cofounder of 80/20 Endurance, an online training resource for endurance athletes. Matt has also donated three signed copies of his books to the prize pool.
