An intimate founder conversation with Mabel Frias, Shark Tank featured entrepreneur, beauty founder, former digital merchandising and e-commerce strategy leader at Savage X Fenty: Lingerie by Rihanna, Co-Founder of LUNA MAGIC, and founder of her newest venture, READ Fragrances.

Mabel built one of the leading multicultural beauty brands distributed across Walmart, Target, CVS, Amazon, and 2,500+ doors nationwide. Her founder journey includes being featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, where LUNA MAGIC was selected out of 40,000 applicants, viewed by 4.6M+ viewers, and received a deal offer from Barbara Corcoran.

During this conversation, Mabel will share the realities of entrepreneurship, lessons learned from building and scaling her first company, and the inspiration behind READ Fragrances, her newest venture in the fragrance space. The discussion will explore beauty, brand building, retail growth, storytelling, customer connection, and what it takes to bring a new consumer product to market.
