User centered design at Google incorporates tools and tips that can benefit intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in any industry with an end user (hint: all!).
This workshop, run by a workplace services innovation manager from Google, will give Anderson students a high level understanding of the design thinking process through brief discussion of case studies as well as hands-on activities. It will include an overview of CSI:Lab ("Creative Skills For Innovation"), a program developed in partnership with Stanford's d. School and has helped Googlers develop the skills to move from problem -> innovative ideas -> action. It will also cover best practices in user experience research tested through product and service designs by tens of thousands of Googlers around the world.
This was one of our most popular events last year and space is limited, so register ASAP.
Dress code is casual and lunch will be served at the end of the session.
