Out@Anderson (O@A) holds tremendous pride in our accomplishments at UCLA Anderson School of Management, which provides a safe, supportive, and empowering space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) students, staff, and faculty. In addition to the rich diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community and unquestionable passion for equality from its members, O@A's strength is amplified from the genuine support from our allies at Anderson. Our members relentlessly continue to make strides in fighting for equity across corporate sectors and beyond, and Anderson provides us the tools to grow professionally and become the leaders that will bring about positive change for the greater LGBTQIA+ community.

O@A also provides social networking and advocacy opportunities for Anderson's LGBTQIA+ students, allies, and alumni throughout UCLA and the greater community.
