Join your OAC friends for a high-energy weekend of sun, salt, and surfing in beautiful Santa Barbara. Whether you’re looking to catch your very first wave or you're a seasoned "pro" ready to hit the point, this trip is all about getting out of the classroom and into the Pacific!

SURF LESSONS + GEAR:
No board? No wetsuit? No problem! The cost of your ticket covers a professional group lesson and high-quality rentals. If you’re worried about hygiene, the school uses medical-grade antimicrobial washes for all wetsuits, but feel free to bring a rash guard for an extra layer of comfort.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
Friday, May 1: Arrive in Santa Barbara for beach hangouts + evening happy hour
Saturday, May 2: Surf at Mondo’s Beach + sunset beach BBQ
Sunday, May 3: Have fun in the area! + morning hike

TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS:
We are coordinating carpools in various vehicles. If you have a rack or extra space, please let us know so we can get everyone up the coast!

To keep things flexible, accommodations are not included in the trip ticket. Everyone is responsible for booking their own stay. We've shortlisted a few Airbnbs in Ventura and recommend coordinating with others on housing so we can all stay within striking distance for evening socials!
