Join Daphna Weinstock (they/she), a professional public speaking coach and FTMBA Class of '22, who will lead a workshop on mindfulness in public speaking. Public speaking is a key part of job interviews, informationals, class presentations and more. Your greatest asset in public speaking is the ability to check in with yourself, and by extension the ability to control your breath and body. This session will include breathing exercises to get you started on your journey to more grounded and confident public speaking, especially in this newly virtual environment. There will be time for reflection and Q+A, so come with any questions you may have!

About the Instructor: Daphna Weinstock (they/she) is an expert public speaking coach and communications consultant. Merging their training in theatre arts, education, and meditation, Daphna provides clients with a holisic approach tailored to each client's unique needs and learning style. Daphna has worked with clients of all ages from all over the world and offers one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops (both virtual and in-person).
