[AREA] Real Estate Financial Modeling Class

AREA is facilitating a financial modeling workshop on January 26th and January 27st. It will consist of live, hands-on instruction from REFM, the best real estate financial modeling company out there. REFM trains companies such as Colony NorthStar, Citibank, and JBG Smith. It has also given on-campus training sessions to undergraduate, masters and MBA students from top schools including Wharton, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, London Business School, Georgetown University, Cornell University, University of Chicago, and George Washington University.

Two-day financial modeling class that focuses on real estate. Topics include: basic excel skills, development models, advanced capital structures and other RE related modeling topics.

Day 1 (8:30AM - 5:45PM) covers the following topics: Excel for Real Estate Analysis, Mixed-use Apartment/Multi-family building development Modeling

Day 2 (9:00AM-5:30PM) covers the following topics: Single Transaction Equity Joint Venture Partnership & Waterfall Modeling, Office Property Projection and Acquisition Screening Analysis & Modeling
