For the first time, we are opening up parts of our Embracing Diversity Conference to CURRENT STUDENTS!

1:30-2:30 Panel: Implementing EDI Programming
Moderated Discussion with alums Sharon Olexy (Former COO of LendUp) and Jess Kimball (Head of D&I @ Mattel), this session will focus on the practical aspects and experiences of implementing EDI Programming and building an inclusive culture, and how that might differ at large organizations (like Mattel) versus doing it from the ground up at a rapidly scaling start-up (like LendUp).

2:40-3:40 Panel: EDI @ Anderson - Hear from Alums from the classes of 2018, 2016, and 2015 about their successes and challenges working on Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at Anderson and celebrate the progress we've made!

4:00-4:45 Keynote: Inclusive Leadership - Blair Taylor (Anderson Alum, Former Executive Director of My Brother's Keeper, Former Chief Community Officer @ Starbucks) will deliver our closing keynote.

You are welcome to attend only one or some of the events above, but please respect our speakers and do not leave in the middle of a particular session.
