Details
Ireland is at the forefront of the global green revolution, driving ambitious policies and cutting-edge cleantech solutions. With over 40% of its electricity now sourced from renewables and an aim to double this percentage by 2030, Ireland is a leader in wind energy and is rapidly expanding into solar, green hydrogen, and smart grid technology. Backed by the Climate Action Plan, the country is accelerating its transition to a low-carbon, circular economy, creating opportunities for sustainable growth and investment.
Join Ireland’s Minister of Climate, Environment and Energy and Minister for Transport Darragh O’Brien for an exclusive talk on Ireland’s latest cleantech advancements and future initiatives. Discover how innovation, policy, and investment are shaping a greener Ireland—and how you can be part of it.
Darragh will give a short talk, followed by Q&A moderated by Josh Rothermel, President of ECA. This event will be open to the UCLA community! EBA and ECA will be providing lunch for pick up at the end of the event for Anderson students who sign up via this Campus Groups!
