Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

ELDP is a highly selective mentorship and peer learning program for students passionate about entrepreneurship and leadership. Participants are placed in small groups led by esteemed business leaders and meet one Friday each month with accomplished entrepreneurs to explore topics such as leadership, business strategy, and innovation. These intimate sessions offer students valuable opportunities to learn directly from industry experts, build meaningful connections, and engage in thoughtful discussions around real-world challenges and solutions.

Members who are accepted into this program typically describe it as the single most impactful experience in their time at Anderson.
