Speaker Series - John Hill

Join us in welcoming John Hill, master story teller and relationship builder, back to Anderson.

John has served as the higher ed evangelist at LinkedIn, leading efforts to build out their university pages and communities, before moving to become a network catalyst and evangelist at Techstars, where he helped to expand one of the largest entrepreneurial communities in the world. Currently, John is VP Story at Whop, a platform that is democratizing access to entrepreneurship by offering tools and connections to help build online businesses.

John describes his journey as follows: “In 2024, I joined Whop as VP Story to make sustainable income available to everyone via the Internet. I have a thing for cool job titles. I also believe "changing the world" can be more than hyperbole. Building relationships and connecting people with opportunity are at my core. I rely heavily on online and offline networks to facilitate each. I am young, smart and global at heart, MSU (Michigan State University) by passion and driven by nature.”
