Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship: Fundraising & Equity Splits

This event will focus on legal aspects of fundraising for startups. The event will be led by Tim Poydenis who serves as the co-head of Holland & Knight's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. Tim has significant experience working with startups and growth-stage companies, and advises them on all aspects of formation, fundraisings, acquisitions, exits and corporate governance.
