Details
D-Rev drives all aspects of the design process from (1) identifying high-impact opportunities that can address health inequities at scale, (1) designing products to meet customer needs, incorporating manufacturing, distribution, and servicing, (2) delivering to users by integrating the product into the market to maximize sustained impact, (3) scaling up appropriately for maximum global impact and measuring impact to determine that the product is reaching the people and places who need it.
In this workshop, Rob Weiss will give an overview of D-Rev's operations and design process at a high level, and talk through examples of D-Rev's work and insights gained from the field. Rob will also lead a mini design sprint where students can experiment to create new ideas for service design and implement what they've learned in their projects and careers.
