Impact Investing Series: Program-Related Investments

Christine Ryan is the Senior Program Related Investments (PRI) Analyst at The California Endowment (TCE), a private foundation focused on healthy equity that works throughout CA. In addition to advocacy campaigns and grant making, TCE provides loans to nonprofits whose work aligns programmatically with The Endowment's.

Prior to joining TCE, Christine worked for the US Agency for International Development in Washington DC as the Asia/Middle East portfolio manager for the Development Credit Authority (DCA). DCA provides partial guarantees to private banks in developing countries to increase access to credit for underserved markets. Christine has also worked as a Federal Business Intelligence Analyst at Bloomberg Government and as a Research Analyst at The Peterson Institute for International Economics. She holds a BS in Finance from Fordham University and a Master's in International Economics from USCD.
