Details
This will be a great opportunity to learn about Grindr, its core business and products and learn about what it takes to successfully run an innovative social networking app in an increasingly complex and competitive market.
The DOJ will consist of a campus tour as well as brainstorming sessions to expose students to the opportunities and challenges the company is enduring, including:
• App and product features that increase awareness and users' well-being
• Innovations for Grindr as it nears 10 years in the social networking space
• A 2030 vision for the company and its expanding user base
Grindr also offers paid internships and full-time positions to MBA graduates so this is a great time to learn more about possible opportunities in the future.
Tentative Agenda:
• 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Lunch
• 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm: Meet and greet with teams
• 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Break out sessions
• 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Presentations
Please note that we will be sitting down for lunch with a number of employees at Grindr. We ask that everyone attending stay mindful of the diversity of gender identities when interacting with employees. It is customary at Grindr to mention your pronouns during introductions, so please do so when meeting Grindr employees.
Additionally, we want to provide fair warning that certain adult topics are tolerated and discussed in Grindr's work environment.
