[VGBA] 2024 GDC Session Screening #5: Live Ops

Details
Session 1: "Free-to-Play Summit: 5 Things About Game Monetization That Could've Saved Millions of Dollars (If Only I Had Known Them Before)"
Attendees will get at least 5 ideas (based on our cases and test results) which will help to save money and time while building monetization for a new game or improving the existing ones. More panel info is HERE.
Session 2: "The PM's Dilemma - Striking a Healthy Balance when Managing Live Games (Presented by CleverTap Gaming)"
Attendees will walk away with an objective analysis of the pros and cons of building custom solutions vs licensing commercial LiveOps and Game Management tools, how to manage the content treadmill between mature and new players, and general game management best practices in a volatile market environment. Attendees should take away an understanding of where they sit in their overall game management lifecycle and be able to move forward with clarity on which approach is potentially the best for them. **Instructions to attend virtual meeting through Discord**
1. Once registered, click on the meeting link which will direct you to the Discord server of Gaming Community @ Anderson
2. Set up a Discord account if you don't have one already, and join the Discord server. If you're new to the server, please go through the server rules for detailed instructions on how to gain full access (including changing the server display name and validating your email through a channel). The whole process should take less than 5 minutes.
3. When the event begins, hop on to the Discord channel and look for Lincoln Yeung's live streaming room under channels. Click on it and you'll be good to go.
4. Tips: Discord will default to unmute your mic when you first enter the room, please mute yourself once you enter. :)
