One of the benefits of working in a diverse environment is the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and roles. Yet, that same environment can also create experiences where biases and exclusion exist. In order to address these biases, organizations must consider the structures that are in place that keep us from naming, owning and interrupting biases when we see them. Join WBC and Dr. Liza Talusan as we explore the ways we can address issues of bias when we see them in the workplace, and create a more healthy, positive, and engaging professional community.

This event will be hybrid - feel free to join us on campus or via Zoom! Allies are highly encouraged to attend.
