SQL Workshop
Our first Analytics Workshop of the year will focus on SQL and will take place on Saturday, November 2nd @ 12:45 pm. For those who are interested, this is a great opportunity to get introduced to SQL, which is becoming an increasingly valuable skill across many industries. Mark your calendars on Tuesday, November 12th for the SOMA/IFA Career Night! This is one of our premier events of the year and is an incredible opportunity to learn from and network with company representatives from a number of industries representing the strategy, operations, and corporate finance functions. Companies include Amazon, American Airlines, AT&T, Mattel, DaVita, and Republic Services who will be recruiting at Anderson for strategy, operations, and finance roles. Registration is not live yet, but stay tuned for more information and be sure to block the time because you won't want to miss this event!

Nike Swoosh Day LA
For those who are interested, follow the link in the attached flyer to sign up for an exclusive Nike event in the LA area. Nike will be hosting its Swoosh Day LA on Friday, October 25th in the greater LA area. This event will be exclusive to 1st year graduate students only and will be having a combination of networking, listening to the experiences of Nike leaders, and a deep dive into some of Nike’s functions such as finance, strategy, operations, product management, and analytics. In order to be considered for this event, please apply by Friday, October 18th.
