SOMA Club Events: High Impact Tea – February 4th
In partnership with Net Impact and Impact@Anderson, there will be a High Impact Tea event on Feb. 4th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Register HERE Running a Global Business Luncheon with Kevin Berryman ('87) - February 6th On Thursday, Feb. 6th, the Center for Global Management/SOMA/IBA will be hosting a luncheon in the La Force Conference Room (F-410) with CGM board member Kevin Berryman (’87), President and CFO of Jacobs Engineering group. This is a great opportunity to meet with an executive leader and UCLA Anderson alum in a small group setting! Day in the Life of Operations with FEMBA Panel – February 8th Curious about the daily ins and outs of working as an operations/logistics manager for a multinational corporation spanning the globe? Register HERE Lunch & Learn with Professor Tang - Managing Global Supply Chains in the Industry 4.0 Era – February 18th Join SOMA for a speaker series event with Professor Tang on Tuesday Feb. 18th from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM! Industry 4.0 creates a “force” to make companies to rethink the way they manage their supply chain. In this presentation, Professor Tang shall examine the following questions: How should companies leverage various evolving technologies (Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, Blockchain, Drones, Internet of Things, etc.) to improve their supply chain competitiveness?
